Starting out

Are you new to mountain biking? Want to try it out? Or simply want to feel more confident on the bike?

We can help! We provide:
  • basic mountain bike skills to make you feel confident and enjoy riding through small group tuition (maximum six riders)
  • on well planned learners’ routes where we can focus on specific skills as well as taking you out to beauty spots
  • tips and suggestions to help you look after yourself and your bike and other equipment.
  • refreshments and a chance to answer any questions or just celebrate your success

Sessions are around 2.5 - 3 hours at a leisurely pace with stops to focus on specific skills. We can also arrange mountain bike hire.

We also provide one to one tuition and coaching to help you get started and on the path to a healthy lifestyle and improved fitness. In one to ones we can carefully tailor sessions to your exact needs. Our experience across several different sports means we can put together a carefully balanced structured programme of activities to suit your circumstances and interests.
